By purchasing from my online store and in person at events, you (the customer) agree to said Terms.
Refunds and returns for merchandise are processed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact though this site with specific inquiries and I am happy to provide compensation OR resend your order .
COMMISSION INFO: I will produce either traditional or digital work-depending on the specific options agreed upon.
IF DIGITAL: The commission requires no shipping, and is sent digitally through email or other file sharing services.
IF TRADITIONAL: Shipping will be discussed, and available at an extra price. If done at a market/on the spot, commission will be finished and given to you in person.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
IF DIGITAL: The customer is free to request a cancellation and full refund for whatever reason up until I am finished the lining/sketch finalizing stage (around 20% done). If a refund is requested after this stage, depending on how far I've gotten on your commission you will not be refunded the full price. Again, this is on a case by case basis.
If commission is done on the spot/in person at a market, I am happy to redraw your piece for you if you are unhappy with it. I do not provide a refund for this specific type of commissions.
For whatever reason, if I have to cancel the commission (emergency, unable to complete, etc) I will communicate this with the customer and fully refund their payment.
USAGE: Commissions are personal use only. you are free to use this art for wallpapers, profile pictures, printing off (for yourself, no profits), decorating web spaces and the like. If you have any questions, feel free to inquire w/ me.
